Sydney and Sam’s proposal was the best I’ve ever seen!
Sam called me a week before the proposal, and he described Sydney as over the top! When it comes to proposals my motto is “More if More,”so I knew I was the right planner for the job. He also told me she loves horses, flowers, and pictures, so I made sure to incorporated all those things into the proposal.
The evening started with a private sunset horseback ride. Sam told Sydney it was a group ride and the photographer, Toni Axelrod, posed as just another tourist.
When they arrived to the proposal spot there was a beautiful raclette picnic waiting for them. This was a special and unique experience made possible because I’m friends with the caterer, Kathryn, owner of Rocky Mountain Raclette, and she’s friend’s with the wrangler, Adrienne. They crushed it!
After the horseback ride, Sam brought Sydney to Anderson’s Cabin at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch where her family was there to surprise her! I love that they brought Sydney’s dog!
They had a delicious dessert buffet!
And Smores!
The final surprise that Sam had for Sydney was they were staying at The Ritz! I arranged to have their bags in the room, and I decorated it with tons of pictures and led candles. Tanya, from The Ritz did the rose petal turndown. (excuse my crappy cell phone pics).
Sydney and Sam are actually planning to get married in Beaver Creek, and Sydney loved the proposal so much that she hired me to be their wedding planner! I couldn’t be more excited!
I’m so impressed with and thankful for the venue and vendor team that helped me pull this off, sort of last minute, to make Sydney and Sam’s proposal so perfect!
