Intimate and Over The Top Coachella and Circus Themed New Years Eve Party

This year I had the opportunity to plan a few intimate parties for a celebrity who has a second home in Beaver Creek!  Meeting her has been the best part of 2020!  This New Years Eve Party was epic!

HERE ARE SOME OF THE HIGHLIGHTS

Guests were greeted with champagne! I love fun surprises like this!

Then they had dinner and drinks. We kept the design simple with a circus inspired draped ceiling, intentional spotlighting, up lights, and some haze. 

 
The food was delicious and looked adorable!

After dinner guest’s headed to the dance party! We had tons of haze, black lighting, and fun decor!  It looked incredible! As the guests walked in, there was a surprise dance performance!

We flew in DJ Mike Murda, who’s also a personal friend of our client’s, in from LA. He was really cool!

I loved the bartender! It was my first time working with Justin Riskin, and he was phenomenal! He came up with signature cocktails for the party, and even wore a mad scientist outfit. The presentation was next level!

We had a photo booth that doubled as a dramatic decoration! It looks like an installation you’d see at Coachella! It was a hit, and the pictures turned out great!

We had a blacklight body and face painting station. You can’t tell by the pictures, but we had lots and lots of black lights, so the face paint really glowed!
