Stephanie did a phenomenal job planning our wedding, which was logistically complex and involved a wide variety of personalities.
Here are a few of Stephanie’s strengths to note in particular:
1) A “Can-Do” Attitude. My husband and I had some unique ideas for our wedding, and Stephanie always received those ideas with a “here’s what it takes to make that happen” approach. She is flexible and open-minded to the clients’ ideas, and eager to figure out how to make them work.
2) Going Above-and-Beyond. Stephanie worked very hard to ensure things went right at our wedding, even if they weren’t necessarily in her pre-defined scope. She is genuinely invested in making sure each element is exceptional, and is willing to put the work and time in to ensure things happen as expected.
3) A Great Aesthetic Eye. We had so many compliments after our wedding on how beautiful it was – and that was 100% due to Stephanie. Neither my husband nor I knew much about wedding décor, so Stephanie worked closely with my mom to create a beautifully decorated ballroom, all on a tight budget. She knew where to spend & where to cut corners, and she leveraged her relationships in Vail to build some unique custom décor- including the Chuppah.
4) Patience. As our wedding date approached, we had many meetings to review timelines & answer questions from the family. While I’m sure these got tedious for Stephanie – she never let it show. She continually approached our planning process with patience and enthusiasm.
