Being inspired is one of the most amazing feelings, especially when you are an event planner, and that exact thing happened to me the other day, when I found what I think is such an amazing venue for a rehearsal dinner or even a reception for your wedding.
I was on a date with my boyfriend the other night, and we ended up at Zino in Edwards, CO. I’ve been living here for almost 4 years, and I was shocked I had never been there before. From the front you would never imagine the size of the place. As you enter the restaurant to the right there is an amazing bar with plenty of seating as well as some lounge area’s overlooking the main restaurant.
The beautiful staircase to the main dining room would make any bride and grooms first entrance feel so elegant. The room opens up with a tall ceiling and huge accent lamps hanging from above. I love the black, red, and beige color scheme and the open kitchen!
After talking to the restaurant to get every detail I can about the space, the piece de resistance is to find out that the table can be moved (don’t get me wrong I love the table and chairs there), and you could bring in your own tables and have long communal tables to be able to seat everyone at and have shared family style food as well as plates dinner. Leaving enough room to be able to have a dance floor and have either your bad or DJ on the bar level for guests to dance on the main dining room or come up the bar for more of an intimate setting.
Since there are so many options for events and being in Vail everyone wants that rustic outdoor theme, why not meet it half way? This venue has the feeling of a city restaurant with the Colorado vibe, the outdoor patio also offer a bocce court for guests to have fun while having an outdoor bar and passing apps would be ideal for the summer event!
So remember if you are looking for the elegant charm within The Vail Valley don’t forget about taking a trip over to Zino Ristorante, and be prepared to fall I love with this venue as much as I did, and don’t hesitate to ask about being able to add your own style to this amazing place.
