I learned about Camp Hale a year ago when I met KT Bell, who was the Sales and Marketing Manager, at my CWEP course. I knew Camp Hale was an extension of Nova Guides, but I was surprised to hear that it was also a wedding and event venue. When KT brought me there for a site tour I was absolutely blown away! What a hidden gem!
KT was recently promoted to Director of Sales. She will still be involved in events, but not at the same capacity as before. When I heard this news I was so happy for her because she totally deserved it, and has done such an amazing job promoting Camp Hale as an event venue… but I was bummed because I really enjoyed working with KT on weddings and events, and now instead of working with KT, I will be working with the new girl….Until I met the new girl…
Lori Harding is the new Sales and Marketing Manager in charge of weddings and events, and she is a total bad ass! Lori has tons of experience, and has worked on over 3,000 weddings and events with companies like Disney and The Ritz-Carlton. She also has a background in florals and décor which is just plain cool.
KT, Lori, and I sat down for a little Q&A sesh for this month’s Venue Report. Here are the highlights….
Stephanie: What makes Camp Hale stand out from other venues?
Lori: It’s a blank canvas with so much potential, so you can really make the event your own. Our ceremony space is on an island with a spectacular view!
How many Guests can your venue host?
KT: We have a 40 X 80 ft tent with bistro lights that can hold up to 300 guests.
Stephanie: Do you offer catering and lodging?
Lori: Yes, we have a wonderful catering team, and we specialize in ranch style cuisine, but our chefs are really creative, and enjoy creating personalized menus four our guests.
KT: I know it’s called Camp Hale Lodge, and we do have a couple of beautiful cabins on site, but or lodging is limited.
Stephanie: I know Camp Hale is an extension of Nova Guides. What activities can your wedding and group guests enjoy?
KT: ATV tours, side by side tours, jeep tours, paint ball, and archery. We also have transportation available which is an awesome benefit to booking an event with us!
